This Privacy Policy explains how Mr. K CapStack, a product of Netrix Enterprise LLC, collects and uses information when you play the game.
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. As you play we record game results such as net worth, wins, and turns. If you request your Deal Architect report by email, we store that request so we can follow up with you.
We use your information to run the game, maintain leaderboards and rankings, send you account and game related emails, and, where you have asked for your report, to contact you about Netrix Capital services. We do not sell your personal information.
Every non essential email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
You can view and update your account details, change your password, or delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes your personal data and game history.
